Yes, the My Safe Florida Home grant reopened August 4, 2025 and remains active for the 2025-2026 cycle. The Florida Legislature funded it with $280 million for the year. Applications process in priority order: low-income age 60+ first, then low-income under 60, then moderate-income age 60+, then moderate-income under 60. Each tier window opens roughly two weeks after the prior one. Funds are first-come within each tier and historically run out before cycle-end, so earlier filings inside your tier matter.
