My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) pays up to $10,000 per approved home for the 2025-2026 cycle. Low-income homeowners (at or below 80% of county median income) receive the full $10,000 with no matching contribution required. Moderate-income homeowners (at or below 120% of county median) get a 2-to-1 match. The state contributes $2 for every $1 the homeowner spends.
