Does my Wellington HOA have to approve my new roof?

Usually, yes. Most Wellington gated communities require Architectural Review Board or HOA approval of roof color and material. Palm Beach Polo, Versailles, and Wycliffe all review exterior changes before work starts. FoxHaven prepares your architectural submittal with product data and color samples. Ask us to handle the approval with your estimate.
