How many times can you apply for My Safe Florida Home?

You can only receive a My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) grant once per property under the current program rules. A homeowner whose application was denied in a prior cycle can reapply in the 2025-2026 cycle. The home still needs to meet the rules: homestead exemption, $700,000 or less insured value, and an income tier the program currently serves. If your prior award was partial, the state does not stack additional grants on the same dwelling in later years.
